Realizing that effective training will continue to play a critical role in the overall safety of crane and rigging operations, Crane Hot Line will recognize the industry’s top trainers in an awards program to be featured in the November 2011 issue.
Trainers will be recognized for having a positive impact on students, the work environment or the industry through the use of innovative training techniques or hands-on instruction, by encouraging peer or corporate accountability, and/or through quantitative evidence that the training was successful. The Crane Hot Line Top Trainer program is endorsed by the Association of Crane and Rigging Professionals (ACRP).
OBJECTIVE
Publicly recognize both corporate and professional trainers who have excelled in their profession.
CRITERIA
• Nominations must be made by individuals who have received training from the candidate or by the trainer’s superior.
• Trainer must be involved in crane, rigging, lifting or construction safety training.
• Trainer must have been actively engaged in training between Aug. 1, 2010 and July 31, 2011.
SUBMISSION
